Jaz Sinclair Joins Netflix’s Sabrina

Sabrina Spellman’s best friend for the Netflix reboot of the beloved teenage witch has been cast! The Hollywood Reporter revealed today that The Vampire Diaries alum Jaz Sinclair has landed the role of Rosalind Walker.

Sinclair’s character, who will be a series regular, is Sabrina’s best friend in the series. Netflix and Warner Bros. TV describe Rosalind as follows:

“Rosalind Walker, the brash, empowered and outspoken daughter of Greendale’s minister and Sabrina’s (Shipka) best friend at Baxter High.”

With Rosalind now cast, it is only a matter of time until we hear news on the Spellman aunts, Harvey and Madame Satan. Are you excited to see who else they cast? Sound off in the comments below.

“Untitled Sabrina Project imagines the origin and adventures of Sabrina the Teenage Witch as a dark coming-of-age story that traffics in horror, the occult and, of course, witchcraft. Tonally in the vein of Rosemary’s Baby and The Exorcist, this adaptation finds Sabrina wrestling to reconcile her dual nature — half-witch, half-mortal — while standing against the evil forces that threaten her, her family and the daylight world humans inhabit.”

Netflix’s Sabrina premieres sometime in 2018.
